Leadership Development Consultant (LDC): Create and Deliver Leadership development solutions at locations across India and abroad. An individual with 10+ years of experience in coaching, assessment, executive education or related domains, who has a hunger for learning and a flair for teaching. Previous people development  experience combined with business responsibility will be a distinct advantage. Could be located across any major city in India and be willing to travel

Consulting Advocacy Manager (CAM): Will be responsible for advocacy and business development. A seasoned corporate, business-to-business sales professional, with a proven track record of sales in people solution services with long sales cycles with CXO level executives as key customers, who is seeking a space to make a true difference and be part of a team that's building an institution. Startup experience will be an advantage. Could- be located at any major city in India. 5-10 years experience
