Amit combines a very successful stint in the corporate world in areas of product development, corporate strategy, institutional sales and customer service with deep understanding of human process work through his fellowship at ‘Sumedhas- Academy of Human Context’. Amit has worked extensively with BFSI, IT, ITES, Developmental institutions in the areas of CXO coaching, team assessment & development, leadership development & strategy facilitation. He is one of the early members of the iDiscoveri experiential methodology and brings business aligned application to learning processes.
ASHISH RAJPAL:
AshishRajpal(Founder and CEO) quit an international corporate career to start iDiscoveri. Apart from managing iDiscoveri's growing organization, he creates and facilitates programs on teacher development, leadership, and organization culture. A former student of Howard Gardner, his areas of interest include "doing classrooms", self-esteem of children, and non-authoritarian leadership.He has personally led visioning and leadership development programs for CxO level executives of top organisations. In 2008, he was identified by Education World magazine amongst the 50 top leaders changing education in India.
HIMANSHU JOSHI:
Himanshu has a rich and diverse experience straddling Shop floor manufacturing, New business launch and Sales management in the diverse domains of FMCG and Education. Having successfully started and developed businesses from concepts to execution, he has a deep understanding of leadership issues in growing and transitioning organisations. An ‘Immunity to Change’ practitioner, he has worked extensively with FMCG, Telecom, and Developmental Institutions and developed and delivered Leadership Development solutions that have building receptivity to change and learn as their core.
ASHISH PASSI:
Ashish studied business management and worked on semi-conductor research in USA before coming back to pursue his passion of enabling people. Ashish purposefully spent two years trekking and practicing mindfulness in the Himalayas. In both executive coaching and large group work, Ashish successfully sparks a self-governing development process. His forte is the rousing energy and passion with which he conducts group interventions, driving people to action and even pushing them to tread the difficult path. He has a unique ability to drive a group from powerful learning realisations to their connection with workplaces.
RENU RAJPAL:
With over 3 decades of domain experience, she successfully conceptualized, and implemented Organisational Learning for a leading Energy company before expanding her foot print through iDiscoveri. She has worked with leadership teams in companies across sectors and created the iDiscoveriTeamship framework. She deploys her deep understanding of Learning and Leadership Science, specifically of the process dimensions of groups and organisational working into leadership problem solving design. She is a pioneer in the area of embedding action learning to development work and in self-empowerment based development.
SANJAY RISHI:
Sanjay is a pioneer in the area of blended learning. In his prior experience spanning Education, People and Technology domains, he has led cross-functional, global teams and excelled in entrepreneurial environments. Sanjay’s ability to see interconnectedness of goals and to spark off deep reflection has made him very successful in coaching teams and in helping to create a shared vision. An engaging storyteller, and an occasional scriptwriter, with a certificate in Film Appreciation, Sanjay creates environments rich with possibilities and alternative scenarios.
SHEKHAR MANELKAR:
Shekhar brings over 25 years in the leadership and people management through a comprehensive experience set comprising Human Resources Head, Corporate University creator, HR and OD services entrepreneur and a top team coach. He has worked with a wide spectrum of organizations from multinationals to public sector enterprises and NGOs. An incisive process facilitator, he has deep expertise in the usage of advanced tools and techniques, and augments this with his understanding of organizational design and organizational change processes to provide very tangible insights to participants.
SMITA ANAND:
Smita has 27 years of experience in consulting industry as well as HR Functions of large organizations. She was earlier based in Shanghai and led the Asia-Pacific business for AON-Hewitt overseeing 10 countries. Prior to that, she led Hewitt China & India, Consulted at E&Y and PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she also headed their Human Capital Services. Her areas of expertise are Organization Design, High performance teams, Leadership development and Organizational change. She combines her passion for people and deep domain expertise with a strong business results focus for clients.
SUSHIL JHANGIANI:
Sushil held leadership positions across geographies in leading companies in FMCG sector before transitioning to a career in leadership development. He understands business dynamics in large organizations, thereby designing and delivering highly relevant interventions and business solutions. He has coached CXO’s across sectors. In groups, Sushil is skilled at building strong trust among top management teams to act as coach and advisor, especially on development needs and challenges. He is also a visiting faculty member in the Marketing area at IIM Ahmedabad.
Radhika Bahadur Bhushan:
Radhika has a background in psychology and a degree in management. Blending the two together, in the area of leadership assessment and development has been an area of passion for her. She has previously worked with Development Dimensions International as a Senior Consultant, and Hewitt Associates, where she headed the Leadership Consulting practice for Western India. As a consultant, she has worked with organizations ranging from large conglomerates to SMEs, professional MNCs to family-run businesses. She has developed a deep understanding of the kind of talent issues faced by them and works in the area of creating solutions to meet organizations’ talent needs
